Why do people always buy at the top and sell at the bottom!!

Well I've been asking that question for the last 30years.

I guess when everyone is saying that they have just made $100K or 100K pounds it motivates many into action and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Right now the British Pound trades in the $1.98 / $1.981

range against the US dollar --an historical high for some 15years. Does it not make sense to grasp this rate whilst it is there?? Don't tell me that the Daily Rag said its going to be $2.50 because this won't happen.

Also, unlike the south of England where a shed costs a fortune, we are lucky that you can still buy a fabulous villa, with a private pool, close to the beach for under 200K pounds.
