If you have ever thought of buying a villa in Florida now is the time to take the leap!!

You will have heard that European currencies are high against the dollar and that property prices have eased back. This is absolutely true!!

The value you can purchase now is absolutely amazing -- how about a 3bedroom 2 bath pool home -- close to the ocean for under 200K GBP-- this is not a basic home but one that you would love to own and fully furnished!!

My advice, don't delay. Buy at the bottom and see the profits on currency and property in the medium term.

I write this as I sit in Atlanta Airport on my way back to the UK to visit family and clients. Its at times like these when you have a few moments and people watch that you realise how blessed we all are to have the freedom to travel and the time to people watch.

In the time it takes me to get from Englewood to England our clients the Coles cannot make it from Nova Scotia to Rotonda West!!! These airlines are like well oiled machines and forgetting the food its a joy to fly.

Talking about flying, we welcome all you Brits and Euros to come and visit Englewood in the summer. We know you all like to get really sunburnt and this is the place to do it.

Englewood Beach has had a transformation and looks fabulous!!  The 28 local golf courses are going to be free in the summer so you will have plenty of time to prefect your game.

Make sure you take a look at the Charlotte Harbor website if you've never been to this area -- http://www.charlotteharbortravel.com  it gives you a great insight to this area.
