Any buyer over 40 can remember the times when the  real estate market soured and buyers put their money into other investments before returning a few years later to re-enter the market.

The one plus point about real estate is that you can use it-- rent it - a positive that doesn't apply to stocks -- funds  -- gold bars!!

We have had a buyers market for a few years in Englewood Florida but everything has to come to an end.

With prices for 5 year old homes lower than build cost and buyers returning to the market throughout 2011 I predict 2012 will be a bumper year for resales.

This is the time to look again at the real estate market -- come down to visit and stay for a few nights on us-- if you cannot see the value then stick with stocks- or gold bars!
