Land with planning permission is always a good investment over the medium to long term -- as they say when all the dirt is gone its gone!

We in this area of Englewood, Rotonda West & Cape Haze have some outstanding pieces of land for sale. There are no restrictions as to how long you can hold without building or if you decide to build or not- when you might want to build a second home and the cost of holding is minimal.

For example a water lot in Rotonda West would only cost $156 in association fees and maybe $450 in property taxes and that is a year!!! The cost to buy just under a 1/3 rd of an acre is between $25 and $45,000.

I have golf course lots available and mega larger double lots all at cheap prices.

A point I would mention. These are next to the intracoastal and Gulf of Mexico and not miles from the beaches.
